1. Five characteristics that a independent learner possesses would have to be concentration due ot the fact that the person should be able to focus and if they get distracted then they aren't a good independent learner. Also, one that is good independent learner also is setting goals and having some sort of a timeline. Most independent leaders keep track of what they're learning and measure such things. Lastly, they have the ability to understand things for yourself. Independent learners don't have someone really elping them or teaching them, but they teach themselves.
2. Being an independent learner would help me later in life because then I'll be able to learn things on my own and if I want to know something i'll be able to do such. Also, in the future I'll have to work on problems and questions on my own so being able to focus and work on what I need to do is key.
